How to use
Moisten the tongue with water if it feels dry. Extend your tongue and gently place the brush near the back of the tongue. Using light pressure, brush or scrape forward toward the tip of the tongue. Rinse the brush after each stroke if necessary and repeat several times until the tongue feels clean. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after use. Clean the brush with water and allow it to air dry. Use once daily or as needed.
